Returns

Digital Items:

No refunds will be given on digital items. If there is an error on your digital item, please contact me for a revision. 

Printed Items:

If the invitation/order proof is approved by the buyer and the proof includes errors from the buyer's notes, no refund will be given. Please make sure you review your information and proof carefully before approving. If there is a seller error on your printed invitation a 10%-100% refund may be issued depending on the severity or mistake. Photos will need to be provided by buyer before a refund amount is given. Please contact me regarding any errors.
